Methods: The 2020 Ukraine Multi-Sector Needs Assessment conducted by REACH was analyzed. The frequency, percentage analysis, and binary logistic regression were used to confirm factors associated with accessibility to mental healthcare services for Ukrainian household heads. Results: Older household heads, household heads with higher accessibility to healthcare facilities, and reduced health expenditure were more likely to have lower access to mental healthcare services. Awareness of household member eligibility for medical assistance was significantly and positively associated with accessibility to mental healthcare. Conclusion: This study revealed the mental health vulnerability of Ukrainians living within the GCA areas in the current situation in Ukraine, which is leading from conflict to war. The need for mental healthcare which has been adversely affected by armed conflict, is expected to increase. Therefore, further studies are needed to specify the demand for assistance and enhance utilization so that timely mental healthcare services can be provided in the future.
